Return conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt .
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .
• To make the return process as easy as possible for you, we provide you with a Return label available.
• Returns are free for exchanges and complaints (defective or incorrectly delivered items). Otherwise, a €4.95 fee will be charged for returns, which will be deducted from the refund.
